Things You Should Know

We have a large dog that is confined when we have guests but is not at other times. In other words we are 'Pet Friendly' so if you have Pet allergies take note.
We are a totally nonsmoking facility. No Smoking anywhere on the grounds.
We have onsite parking for a Motorhome or Travel Trailer
with additional nearby parking for additional large vehicles.
Our meals are Hot Home Cooked with Fresh Fruit when in season. We will
try to accommodate any specific dietary needs but note we are located
in a small town and food choices are sometimes limited...
All Reservations are Pre-Paid. Refunds available if you cancel well in advance of your reserved date. No Refunds if cancelled within 7 days of your reservation date.
Amenities like an Iron / Ironing Board, Hair Dryer and Extra Toiletry items are
available upon request at no additional charge.
Laundry service is also available but with a nominal fee of
$10 per load (washed and folded but not ironed).
Shuttle Service is available @ $1.00 per mile calculated per one way
per mileage information from Mapquest.
Snacks, Soda's and Bottled water are always FREE and available 24 / 7.
And a welcome glass of Wine or a cold Beer is also on us!
Lighted Tennis Courts located across the street at the City Park.
We have 100's of DVD's with Movies of all Genre
ALL Rooms based on Single or Double Occupancy,
Extra Persons $20 per.
Alarm Clocks in every room.
The entire house is Climate Controlled with Additional
Portable Heating and Cooling in each Bedroom.
